No experience necessary. There will be opportunities to personalize your yoga practice through gifts of grace or offerings of challenge.
Yoga is NOT about twisting in to a pretzel or looking perfect in each pose. Yet, it IS important to understand proper alignment so to get the most out of your practice and avoid injury. We will break down poses and integrate them into a refreshing vinyasa flow, with accessible variations for all.

Join us this spring at the beautiful Rein Fire Ranch for 6 relaxing weeks of yoga! Our class will be held in the spacious and beautifully restored barn, offering plenty of space for each class member. This stunning venue is sure to add ambiance and serenity to our yoga practice.
All skill levels are welcome! Perfect for both the beginner and advancing yogi. We will flow through each pose, offering multiple levels of intensity, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable practice that meets their individual needs.

What to Expect:
This class will be a beginner friendly vinyasa style flow, where we will smoothly transition from pose to pose to improve flexibility and mobility and also build strength and increase balance.
We start each class with a breathing exercise and uplifting quote.
If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to start, in a very positive and welcoming environment.
There will be multiple variations of each pose offered to meet everyone's needs. If you are looking to enhance and expand your practice, there will be opportunities to add intensity to the poses and level up your practice.
Each class is designed to FEEL GOOD!
Meet the Instructor:

Ricole
Ricole is the owner and lead yoga instructor at Maple Leaf Movement. She began teaching yoga in 2011 and is certified as a 200 hr CYT yoga instructor. Ricole brings a style of relaxing Vinyasa flow that will leave you refreshed and eager to return week after week.
